shipping policy

all orders will ship within 1 week unless otherwise noted. all domestic shipping costs are calculated at checkout. international shipping costs do not include duties and import taxes.

return & exchange policy

all sale items are final sale. email customercare@shopoaktreehouse.com to initiate a return of full-price items. return unworn with tags still attached within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or store credit. return shipping not included.
